Let's face it, Guy Ritchie tackling the classic Sherlock Holmes stories with Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law? Massive car crash potential, but in actual fact they've pulled out a cracking action-packed, fast-paced, highly enjoyable movie. Iron Man Downey is thoroughly enjoying himself in another excellent performance and whilst this is more of a comedy adventure than detective movie it certainly breathes new life into the classic characters. Fabulous looking too, with a great Tower Bridge final sequence.
